Afro-Caribbean Dance and Drumming with Gene Perry 2/22/18
Join us in celebrating Black History Month 2018 with an overview of African and Afro- Caribbean percussive and dance forms with demonstrations by professional performers and audience participation.
Admission is free and open to the campus community and the general public. Light refreshments will be served.

War Witch Film Screening & Discussion
Come join our film screening of War Witch and panel discussion!
This 2012 film directed by Kim Nguyen deals with the dilemmas of a twelve-year-old girl who is forced to become a child soldier in Congo (DRC). A panel led by Provost Ivan Evans and the AAASRC Board will discuss the film. Running Time for the Film: 90 minutes. This event is open to the campus community and the general public.
